Writing down my problem, tearing the paper up and throwing them in the trash is not helping anymore.
Everything is going down hill for me right now
and my emotions are all wacked.
I'm getting more paranoid than ever.
I guess I could talk to someone
but the two who understand me the most are either
1. Too far away and can't talk to them because of time differences
2. The one i'm having the most problems with and she doesn't care i'm there anymore. (Again, maybe i'm just being super paranoid again.)

I don't know....
To tell you the truth...
It's been a long time since i felt the need to hurt myself to get over this...
